This is a response video to CNN911Fakes video entitled "9:28am 911;CBS crosses the line" (watch?v=_3Hsh2j2XCI).Note: my clip at the beginning and photos are not exactly the same as CNN911Fake as using different video software,if anything though, that is further evidence to not make assumptions from these types of clips. My video demonstrates that the effect seen is simply a video artifact.Like the human optic system of eye and brain, the camera collects photons (light) and sends that info to be made into an image by the computing parts(eg brain). Like the human brain the optic system of the camera can be of good or poor quality. However, unlike the human brain the camera has no prior knowledge of what objects are or the relationship they share. For example, via experience our brain knows that two physical objects cannot go through each other or merge. Our brains know that planes do not mix with buildings, and has some experience of motion parallax, helping predict speed and depth o! f moving objects against a background of inanimate objects. The camera does not have those abilities.Unlike the brain the camera has other funtions such as zoom. The camera therefore has limits to its capabilities when trying to balance zoom,colour,texture,movement,depth..etc.When pushed to the limit(eg when on full zoom) we see poor resolution, bleached colour, pixelation, lack of texture and depth. As the camera struggles to cope video artifacts become more apparent. They are always there but are usually ...
